Ground Gas Protection

TK Waterproofing Solutions provide national specialist services for the installation of various Ground Gas Membrane Systems protecting buildings from harmful ground gases such as radon, carbon dioxide, methane and hydrocarbons.

 

At TK Waterproofing Solutions, we also have a duty of care to ensure the project requirements are in line with the following legislation: -

  • BS8485:2015+A1:2019 is the British Standard for ‘Code of practice for the design of protective measures for methane and carbon dioxide ground gases for new buildings.

 

We also ensure that our installation is independently verified and in line with the following: -

  • CIRIA C735 - Good Practice on the Testing & Verification of protection systems for buildings against hazardous ground gases.

 

Our very experienced installation teams pride themselves on the need for high quality workmanship throughout the project.
